HRNM-2 (P530 class) technical standard

1. Chemical composition
The chemical composition of P530 non-magnetic steel is carried out according to the manufacturer’s chemical composition and meets the requirements in the following table:

The mechanical properties of non-magnetic products in the delivery state meet the requirements in the following table:

Remarks : (1) sampling location.
Tensile and impact: the sample is cut longitudinally, and the center of the sample is 25mm away from the external surface of the tube or at the center of the wall thickness.
Hardness: test on a cross section within 20-25mm of the surface of the talus body.
(2) The impact sample is v-shaped 2mm notch at room temperature.
3. Magnetic
Relative permeability μr <1.005 (actually within 1.003), magnetic induction intensity gradient ≤0.04μT
4. Intergranular corrosion
Non-magnetic products were tested by ASTMA262 E method, and there was no intergranular corrosion crack.
5. Nondestructive testing
Ultrasonic testing: 100% testing in accordance with ASTME114 standard, acceptance criteria in accordance with API 7-1.
6. Metallographic structure
- Grain size greater than 5;
- Non-metallic inclusions: Class A, CLASS B, Class C and Class D non-metallic inclusions are not greater than grade 1.0 in coarse and fine series
7. Surface quality of car light bar material: the surface should be bright, without visible cracks, scars, folds and inclusions.
8. Steel dimensional tolerances: refer to standard SY/T5144-2013, or customer tolerance requirements.
9. Fatigue strength
-100k RPM (at least) +/ -80ksi;
-10k (at least) +/ -60Ksi;
10. Low magnification tissue
- There shall be no visually visible defects such as shrinkage holes, bubbles, cracks, inclusions, peeling, layering and white spots on the cross-sectional acid leaching low-power tissue test pieces of steel;
- Acid leaching low power tissue level: general loose, loose center, ingot segregation, dot segregation are not greater than 1.5 grade.

◎ Before operation,check the firmly of the sawblade,be sure nobody in front of the machine. Do not feed of operation check whether the machine is good for operaiton. Periodical check the function of the machine,the certicaI jump is less than ±0.02MM,and the flap is less than ±0.01.

◎ After continuous use,must be removed and cleaning the sawblade,get rid of the resin and sawdust of the sawblade of both sides.Other wise it would beinfluence the effect of using the sawblade.
